Refund Policy
The Global Liberal Forum (GLF) is committed to building an open, inclusive, and respectful community.
Whether you are participating in our events, forums, or online spaces, we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure meaningful and constructive engagement.

1. Membership Fees
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once access to member benefits (e.g., publications, forum, events) has been granted.
In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), please contact us within 7 days of payment for review.
GLF reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Registrations
Event fees are non-refundable after registration is confirmed.
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your registration to another person or to a future GLF event (subject to availability).
In case an event is canceled by GLF, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
3. Donations
Donations made to GLF are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Any processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be deducted from the refund amount.
